Multi-link rear suspension on the BMW 1 Series Coupé.

To ensure optimum traction, the BMW 1 Series Coupé has been fitted with a multi-link rear suspension. Contributing significantly to the car's excellent equilibrium, the rear axle maximises agility and athletic performance. Though complex in structure, the effect it has is quite simple: wheel position is always spot on.
