Model M Sport

The M Sport model gives the vehicle an even sportier touch. In addition to a sharpened appearance in the exterior and interior, the M Sport model guarantees an increase in driving pleasure. The M Sport suspension, the M Sport brake and the M Aerodynamics package noticeably optimise the driving dynamics.

DESIGN.

The exterior and interior design of the BMW Z4 Roadster.

Inside and out, the design of the BMW Z4 Roadster conveys a feeling of relaxed sportiness and individual aesthetics. Powerful features of the dynamic appearance include the BMW kidney grille in mesh design, the elegant roof and elements of the BMW Individual Shadow Line. The interior rounds off the coherent design concept with optional equipment such as the M Sport seats or the ambient lighting.

BMW kidney with mesh design.

The mesh design of the BMW kidney, which varies depending on the engine, contributes to the dynamic appearance. The basic model has a high-gloss black mesh grille, the Sport Line and M Sport package are made of matt aluminium, each with a kidney frame in chrome. The BMW kidney of the top model M40i is completely in Cerium Grey.

Air Breather.

Together with the air curtain in the front apron, the air breather positioned behind the front wheel arches significantly reduces air turbulence in the wheel arches and targeted channelling of the airflow - thus reducing drag. At the same time, they underline the athletic character of the vehicle as a decorative element.

Softtop.

The Black Softtop blends harmoniously into the dynamic lines of the vehicle. At the push of a button, it opens and closes electrically in approximaltey ten seconds, even while driving at speeds of up to 50 km/h. One of the outstanding properties of this extremely high-quality softtop is its excellent noise insulation.

BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line with extended contents includes equipment features in black: kidney frame and BMW kidney in mesh design in black high-gloss and tailpipes in black chrome.

Ambient Light.

Ambient light creates a relaxed, cosy lighting atmosphere in the interior. There are eleven predefined light designs available in six different colours, with contour and ambient lighting on the instrument panel, door trim and centre console.

Harman Kardon Surround Sound System.

The outstanding Harman Kardon Surround Sound System features a 408-watt digital amplifier, seven channels and twelve speakers. Its sophisticated sound perfectly fills the interior space. Vehicle-specific, speed-dependent equalising precisely compensates for any background driving noise.

M Sport seats for driver and front passenger.

The M sports seats with integrated headrests, deep seats and high seat and backrest bolsters offer the driver and front passenger improved support, even in fast turns. In addition, the seat can be adjusted to your individual body dimensions thanks to the integrated backrest width adjustment.

The intelligent driving assistance systems of the BMW Z4 Roadster.

The BMW Z4 Roadster offers its driver a large number of intelligent assistance systems. From the parking assistant through to the personal voice assistant, the innovative technologies increase comfort and safety during the journey. At the same time, they also enable partially autonomous driving, according to the situation.

Driving Assistant.

The safety package Driving Assistant includes the camera-based systems approach control warning and person warning with full city braking function, Speed Limit Assist incl. Speed Limit Info with No-overtaking indicator with preview and Lane Departure Warning. Additionally, the radar-based equipment includes Crossing traffic warning rear, Lane Change Warning and Rear collision warning.

Parking Assistant.

The Parking assistant parks the vehicle independently in cross and longitudinal parking spaces as well as out of longitudinal parking spaces. It is accessed via the parking button or by engaging reverse gear. All steering, driving and braking processes are taken over by the system, you only have to monitor the parking process.
